Matcha Workshop with Jennifer Swann on 10th of December [ENGLISH]

Would you like to learn more about the cult and cultural drink Matcha, but don't know where to start? We have good news for tea lovers!

On December 10th, Jennifer Swann, Japanologist and tea sommelier, takes us on a journey into the tea culture of the Far East.

The green tea powder is not only in great demand in Japanese cuisine, but is also enjoying increasing popularity in this country. Not least because matcha is known for its health-promoting qualities and culinary sophistication.

In an interactive workshop we will approach the traditional preparation of Matcha, learn more about the effect on the body and learn to distinguish Matcha qualities.
